Join our dynamic Customer Success team to help us scale our customer success team by supporting key accounts, preparing for strategic meetings, driving internal improvements, and maintaining customer health and automation tools.
As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be the face of ADvendio for many of our clients. You'll learn the ins and outs of the digital advertising industry and our cutting-edge software. This is an Assistant position, perfect for someone eager to learn and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
-Preparing meeting agendas, decks, and follow-ups.
-Tracking customer activities in Salesforce.
-Helping document processes and client updates.
-Supporting with contract and renewal tracking
-Setting up and maintaining email sequences, alerts, reports and related communication
-Working with tools like Salesforce, Trello etc.
-Building and maintaining dashboards (CSAT/NPS/Usage/etc.)
-Assisting in the management of a shared inbox or lighter queries
-Scheduling customer meetings and sending follow-up reminders when required.
-Providing materials or prep info for the CSMs within the team.
-Helping the improvement of internal workflows.
-Assisting with NPS rollouts, customer marketing tasks, knowledge base upkeep, and related tasks.
Qualifications:
-0-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Interest in technology and quick learner when it comes to new software. Experience with a CRM (like ----Salesforce) is a big advantage.
-Curious and proactive, with a desire to understand customer needs and find solutions.
-Detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
-Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with colleagues across different time zones.
-Bonus Points (Nice to Have):
-Knowledge of the digital advertising industry or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) business models.
-Basic data/analytics skills (Excel, Looker, or equivalent)
-Automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat, etc.)
