Role Overview:
As an Automation Specialist based in Viña del Mar, Chile, you will support ADvendio’s mission to enhance internal efficiency through the use of AI agents and automation tools. Collaborating with departments like Backoffice, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, and Support, you will identify and automate repetitive tasks to help teams reduce operational effort and focus on strategic value.
This role is open to part-time or full-time candidates, depending on graduation status, and is ideal for students in their final semester or recent graduates in fields such as Ingeniería en Información y Control de Gestión.
Key Responsibilities:
-Process Analysis and Identification: Identify manual, repetitive internal processes across different departments that have high potential for automation.
-Conception of Automation Solutions: Design and develop automation workflows using no-code/low-code platforms like Zapier, make.com, n8n, or similar tools. Where applicable, integrate AI agents to enable intelligent decision-making or data processing.
-Implementation and Testing Implement the designed solutions, thoroughly test them, and ensure a seamless rollout into daily operations.
-Documentation and Training: Create clear documentation for automated processes and provide training to end-users within their respective departments.
-Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of automated processes and identify potential areas for further optimization and scalability.
-Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with current trends and technologies in AI agents and process automation, actively contributing new ideas and approaches.
Desired Skills and Background:
-Education: You are enrolled as a student in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Ingeniería en Información y Control de Gestión, or a comparable field of study.
-Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical abilities and the capacity to quickly grasp complex issues and break them down into logical steps.
-Technical Understanding: You have a keen interest in technology and ideally bring initial experience or knowledge in using automation tools (e.g., Zapier, make.com, n8n) or conceptualizing workflows.
-Affinity for AI: You are curious about the potential of Artificial Intelligence and eager to learn how AI agents can be deployed in process automation.
-Problem-Solving Skills: You proactively tackle challenges, are solution-oriented, and enjoy working independently.
-Communication Skills: You communicate clearly and understandably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-Language Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, as we are an international team.
