Responsibilities include:

- Organizing project documentation and assisting the standardization of workflows to ensure daily tasks and sprint deliverables are executed seamlessly.
- Assisting in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring all milestones are met and stakeholders are informed.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the Consulting and Product Management (PM) teams to handle routine follow-ups and schedule critical syncs.
- Analyzing data to prepare strategic decision papers, reports, and recommendations for leadership.
- Coordinating meetings, follow ups, syncs and information delivery between the Product and Consulting team, as well as with Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Following up on strategic initiatives from concept through to implementation, ensuring the Head of Product and Global Head of Consulting s visions are realized.
- Gaining a thorough understanding of the ADvendio platform to relay requirements accurately between internal teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years in management/strategy consultancy or a similar tech industry role. Candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply if they are interested in the industry.
- Advanced communication skills in English (C1).
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and strategically minded with high analytical skills.
- Strong desire to take on responsibility and advance within the company hierarchy.
