Overview:
We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter, based in Chile, to support our Talent Acquisition team with international hiring across the US, Europe, and LATAM.
In this role, you’ll help coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities — from posting jobs on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media to assisting with AI-powered sourcing and candidate communication.
This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone eager to start a career in HR or recruiting, learn how digital and AI tools are transforming talent acquisition, and gain exposure to global recruitment operations.
Main Tasks:
-Supporting recruiter with posting jobs on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
-Assisting in identifying, screening, and engaging candidates using AI-supported sourcing tools.
-Taking part in interviews and progressively owning direct candidate communication, ensuring timely and professional follow-up throughout the process.
-Coordinating interviews and managing communication between candidates and hiring teams.
-Maintaining and updating candidate data in the internal systems.
-Supporting the preparation of job descriptions, candidate summaries, and recruitment reports.
-Contributing to employer branding campaigns and social media recruitment initiatives.
-Monitoring recruitment metrics and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency.
-Collaborating with the hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field is preferred (not mandatory).
-Based in Chile, with the ability to work effectively in an international, remote team environment.
-Fluent in English (written and spoken) — essential for sourcing and communication across the US and Europe.
-Interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, or People Operations.
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
-Curious about using AI, automation, and data-driven tools to improve recruitment processes.
-Comfortable with digital platforms such as Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and job boards.
-Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
-Experience in sourcing or recruitment coordination is a plus, but not required.
