A Quality Assurance Engineer at ADvendio will play a key role in ensuring the continuous maintenance of the high-quality of our product, a Salesforce-native advertising platform power advertising for Retail media networks, Global publishers and broadcasters, and many more clients across a wide margin of industries.

Working closely with our experienced Development and Product teams, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to our product's impact.

Your tasks:

-Creating, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts for both new and existing product functionalities.
-Owning the manual and automated testing process, thoroughly documenting results, and tracking defects in JIRA.
-Working closely with developers and product managers to communicate findings clearly, reproducing bugs, and verifying fixes.
-Participating in meetings and ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives, among others, providing a QA perspective and advocating for quality throughout the development lifecycle.
-Performing manual and exploratory testing where automation is not yet feasible or for new, complex features to ensure comprehensive coverage.
-Assisting the Development and Product teams by reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to identify potential issues early.
-Assisting the Product Management team during release cycles by performing regression testing and validating final builds.
-Staying up-to-date with current trends and best practices in QA and test automation, actively contributing new ideas and approaches to improve team efficiency and product quality.

Your profile and Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in computer science, information technologies or comparable qualification.
-1-3 yrs of experience conducting test automation and test results.
-Experience with Testim.
-Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
-Experience with technical documentation.
-Experience working with Tricentis Testim or similar.
-Analytical and strategic thinking.
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
-Team player, possess a strong drive and have a positive mindset.
-Proactive and able to take initiative and contribute ideas.
