The candidate will join a library team for an US financial advisory and asset management firm, working on different projects across industries and collecting data through secondary research including financial databases. The team works on a variety of projects including company and industry analysis, public information books, M&A, macro-economic statistics, and newsletters.
Important responsibilities in this role will include:
· Work on a combination of quick-turnaround, same-day (few hours), and medium-sized (few days) research requests
· Work on different databases across industries, including Factiva, Thomson, and Capital IQ
· Identify and structure client problems, devise a solution, and carry out research
· Directly interact with investment bankers in the US via email and client calls
· Be exposed to a multicultural and fast-paced environment
Skills we’re looking for:
· Fluency in the English language; advanced or native speakers
· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in multicultural teams
· Availability and flexibility to work with rotative shifts considering early shifts, late shifts, weekend days (Sunday), and public holidays.
o Early shift: 9:00am – 19:00pm (ET time)
o Late shift: 11:00pm – 21:00pm (ET time)
o Public holidays: 11:00 – 21:00pm (ET time)
o Weekends: 13:00 – 23:00pm (ET time)
